The Right Hook is a bra personal stylist service where users conduct a self-measuring and style assessment online. We worked alongside the owners, Roshni Khurana and Tina Chang, to take the alpha version of their self-measurement assessment and create an experience that empowers women through education and helps them find the perfect bra and fit, no matter the brand.

We enhanced the current quiz process through educational components and strong, personable language, as well as leveraged the value proposition of the company in a more effective way. Through an abundance of research, concept testing, prototyping, and multiple rounds of usability testing, I practiced a new strategy for synthesizing data and developed strong research principles. I also strengthened my content strategy skills to create an empowering, yet colloquial experience for something that’s typically intimidating and awkward.
